Refund policy
RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY
We currently do not have a return policy. All sales are final. If you find that you do have an issue with your item. Please feel free to contact us at masteracraftllc@gmail.com with any questions regarding your item under extreme circumstances (i.e. wrong item shipped, damaged item prior to shipping, etc). If granted a return, items must have tag attached and be unworn, unwashed, damaged, or altered in anyway. Any dirt, sweat, deodorant stains, or marks of any kind will void item from being returnable. When returning items, you will be held responsible for all shipping costs. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your item is received back at our warehouse, allow up to 5 days processing to inspect product. Once product has been inspected and deemed eligible for return, a refund/store credit will be issued. Refund speed is determined by your bank. In addition, we do not allow cancellation of orders after being placed.

In addition, we do not refund shipping on Pre Order items, due to all pre orders will be shipped at the same rate it was purchased. If you made a pre order purchase you will receive your product no matter what.
